How to Order

All we need are five basic items:
· Total quantity of rolls to be printed
· Ink color
· Shipping destination
· Is there an absolute shipping date required?
· Credit card information.

How to Send Artwork

Choose one of the following easy methods:
· Give us the information and we can create your design. We will email or fax you a proof
upon completion.
· Mail us black & white hard copy of the artwork.
· Mail us electronic artwork (see accepted formats below.)
· Email electronic artwork to: publish@noveltp.com (see accepted formats below.)

Accepted Formats and Media

We can accept most common formats and media:
· Mac or Windows floppy, CD, Zip, or Jaz disks.
· Illustrator, Photoshop, QuarkXPress, Pagemaker, Freehand, or Corel Draw software.
· EPS, BMP, AI, PSD, TIFF, JPG, or GIF image formats.
· Image resolution MUST be at least at 150dpi at the final size of 3.5" wide.

Setup Charges

Price includes a one-color print on facial quality 2-ply, biodegradeable sheets.
· New orders - $31.25. · Repeat orders with no changes - $12.50.
· Set-up charges are based on camera ready lineart and text.
· Halftone photographs: - add $10.00.
· Pricing is per order or per design. Quantities cannot be combined on custom orders.

Press Specifications

Imageable Area:
· 3 1/2" X 16" single color, continuously repeated throughout roll.
Stock Ink Colors:
· Red, Black, Royal Blue, Brown, Ivy Green, Orange, Sky Blue, Maroon, Purple, Forest Green.
PMS Ink Match:
· $25.00 per order.

Production Time

After artwork approval:
· 2 weeks for orders of 4 - 960 rolls.
· 4 weeks for orders of 1000 - 4000 rolls.
· 6 - 8 weeks for orders of 5000 or more rolls.
· Call ahead to make arrangements if needed sooner.
Rush Orders:
· 48 hour - add 100%.
· 3 - 4 Days - add 50%.
· 5 - 9 days - add 20%.

Shipping

Shipping Weight:
· 50 pounds per case (96 rolls.)
FOB:
· Illinois.
Shipping will go out "Best Way":
· 4 - 96 rolls - UPS.
· 100 rolls or more - UPS or truck. We will bill for Shipping.
